They do have a lot of stuff to look through, but I feel like some sizes and teams are missing often. I was hoping to find more options, well, I mean, there’s still a decent selection, just not quite as much as I expected

"Quality isn’t what it used to be"
I ordered a pair of boots from ProSoccer.com, the quality was disappointing. I remember their stuff being better before, so I was expecting something decent for the price, but the stitching started coming loose after only a few wears, and the material felt cheaper than I expected.
I tried giving them another chance and wore them again, but they just felt worse the more I used them. It’s frustrating because I used to think this site was more reliable, but after this experience, I don’t think I’d buy from them again
"Order was mostly right, just a small mix-up"
My order was mostly good, but they sent the wrong size socks with my jersey. The jersey itself was right, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but yeah, still kinda annoying to deal with. Would’ve been nice if everything showed up properly the first time.

I’m not sure this jersey was real. The details looked a little off to me, especially compared with jerseys I’ve bought from other sellers before. It’s wearable, but it didn’t give me the same confidence in quality or authenticity

I ordered a pair of cleats because the site showed they were in stock, then a few days later I got an email saying they weren’t available after all. Like, why even let me order them if you don’t actually have them? Maybe their inventory updates once a week or something, I don’t know, but either way it felt like a waste of time. If it says in stock, I kind of expect it to exist.

"They never have my size"
Every jersey I wanted was sold out in my size, which was really frustrating. It feels like such a preventable issue if they kept better stock of the most common sizes.

I ordered a pair of boots and at first I thought the email updates were fine, but actually, the more I looked at them, the less clear they were. I couldn’t really tell what was happening with my order, so I ended up messaging twice before I got a straight answer. The package did arrive okay in the end, so that part was good, but the communication could definitely be better.

The shirt looked nice at first, but after just a few washes, the print already started cracking. I even followed the wash instructions, so what else was I supposed to do? For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. Isn’t that kind of the whole point?

Ordering went through fine, but the site felt kinda messy to use. It took me longer than it shouldve to find the sizes, and checkout loaded slow for me. Not terrible or anything, just could be a little smoother.

"That return policy really put me off"
I’m not buying from them again. I tried to return my order and the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I was sitting at my kitchen table with a half-finished cup of coffee, rereading the policy like three times, and it still felt like they were making it difficult on purpose. Just not worth the hassle.

I tried ordering from prosoccer.com, but once I got to the payment page, I started getting a bad feeling about putting my card in.
I’m already cautious with online checkouts, so when I didn’t see much clear info about security or how my card details would be handled, it kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. Maybe everything is totally fine, but it didn’t come across that way to me.
I ended up backing out and buying somewhere else instead. I’d rather be extra careful than regret it later when it comes to payment stuff online.

"Loyalty rewards don’t feel worth it"
I kept ordering because I figured the loyalty rewards would eventually pay off, but they’ve been disappointing. The points took ages to show up, and when I finally tried to use the discount, it wouldn’t even apply at checkout. After I paid, I started feeling like I couldn’t really trust the whole setup. Support didn’t really do much to help either, so it just feels like a waste of time.

"The promo disappeared at checkout"
I don’t remember every detail, but I do remember seeing a deal and getting excited about it, then by the time I got to checkout the promo code was just gone. Maybe I missed something, but it felt misleading. I reached out to support and, from what I remember, they weren’t much help either. Mostly I just remember being annoyed.

"Customer service just disappeared"
Ordered from prosoccer.com and then had a problem with the delivery. Not even a huge thing at first. I emailed customer service. Then emailed again. Days went by and... nothing. No clear update, no actual help, just silence. Frustrating when all you want is a simple answer. i wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from prosoccer.com and yeah, it showed up eventually. Shipping felt a little slower than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge problem or anything. i was just hoping it would get here a bit sooner. Then again, it did arrive safely, so whatever.

My order did eventually show up, but the delivery experience was a bit hit or miss. The tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure where it was, and it ended up arriving two days later than expected. The boots were fine and nothing was missing, but I do wish the delivery updates had been more reliable.

I had a problem with my order and reached out to support, but it felt like talking to a wall. They kept dodging the issue and giving useless replies like they had no clue what they were doing. My problem never got fixed, and the whole thing was just a frustrating waste of time.

"Too pricey and more hassle than it should be"
It felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I kept expecting it to be better for the price, but instead it just seemed like I had to do extra work to make the most of it. Not really worth it for me

I was excited to get this jersey, but the custom name showed up noticeably crooked and the number started peeling after just one wash. The print quality looked cheap overall, so this was definitely a miss for me and not really worth what I paid.
